Jane Fullett

Jane Fullett is the firm's Director of Operations. Jane oversees the day-to-day business operations of the firm, handling functions related to human resources, budgeting, technology, employee development, facility management and client service. Jane ensures that office policies and procedures maximize employee productivity and efficiency and facilitate superior client service. Prior to working at the firm, Jane served as director of financial aid at a north suburban community college. Jane has an Associate in Arts in Liberal Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies and a Master of Arts in Management. Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending time at the dog park with her dogs. She also recently earned her second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
