Fullett Swanson PC focuses its practice upon the representation of community associations. Our firm chooses not to represent developers, contractors, vendors, banks, insurance companies or other community association industry stakeholders which may potentially have interests that are adverse to associations.

Our firm’s work is tailored to the individual needs of each community association client. While our firm has a wealth of documents, forms, legal opinions, letters and other resources we have developed and refined over a collective span of many years, each association client and situation is deserving of and receives highly-individualized attention. Our firm takes great satisfaction in its commitment to delivering to each of its association clients a high-caliber, detailed work product which suits that association’s particular needs and objectives.

Our firm appreciates the unique dynamics of community associations. Our firm recognizes that the resolution of association legal issues requires the use of technically sound, yet creative and pragmatic approaches.

Our firm does not require our community association clients to enter into retainer arrangements with the firm. This approach affords associations the flexibility to utilize our firm’s services and incur legal expenses only to the extent needed or desired.
